What is FORGE?: Simple Business Management for clients, jobs, estimates, invoices, receipts and team access.
Is it a CRM?: It includes customer records, but it is organized around day-to-day business activity rather than a sales pipeline.
What is included?: One active business, three users and the core client, job, photo, estimate, invoice and receipt tools.
Can I switch the business?: Yes. Replacing the business in the included slot is not the same as adding a second concurrent business.
Can I add another business?: Yes, when Canadian expansion billing is active.
How many people can use it?: Three users are included. Add capacity when you need it.
Can I cancel?: Yes. Manage the subscription through Billing.
What happens to archived items?: They remain recoverable for 15 days before becoming eligible for permanent deletion.
Can I create invoices and receipts?: Yes.
Does it work on mobile and desktop?: Yes.
